Only in Australia do they toast cake and call it breakfast. This Banana Bread came with fresh strawberries, marscarpone and honey. Lovely!

Nothing fancy here, but thick, delicious Banana Bread; toasted and buttered as if it were actual bread and not a thick slice of cake. I don’t even care. It was delicious.

Pleasantly surprised by how tasty this was! Crumbly, yet moist texture and lots of coconut flavour.

I really loved the accompaniments - roasted banana, kefir yoghurt, rhubarb compote; but the main element - the banana bread - was drier than the Sahara - a total let-down.

After the lovely coconut bread I had high hopes for this banana bread, but it was kinda average.
