Banana in name only (after the venue) not fruit involved. It did however have a potato cake, reblochon, crispy onions, bacon, and various crispy salad elements. Overall one delicious burger!!

So on the plus side, they didn’t burn the bun this time 😂 but these low-carb buns look so grim, don’t they? Goes to show how much of the appealing look of the burger is the bun! Looks aside, this burger actually tasted delicious!

So that bun does NOT look appealing. I’m pretty sure it’s slightly burnt. However the burger on the whole was really tasty, (unappealing, burntish #lowcarb bun included!)

Very tasty! Obvs mine is the “rabbit” version served in iceberg lettuce rather than a bun. For some burgers this leaves you with a really sad looking patty on a plate but this was still a very decent meal! Nice pickles too.

Pretty nice but not earth-shattering. Bun was way too bready for me too. Lovely spot for lunch though!

Another #lowcarb burger - the salad they substituted for the burger was actually really nice although ~drenched~ in dressing. I asked for the burger well done because I’m not a fan of salmonella/listeria (rare steak 👍; uncooked mince 👎) but they went slightly overkill on it and the party was pretty dry. Otherwise nice though!

Went for the #lowcarb bunless option and Sweet Potato Fries. The fries were great, perfect combo of crispy and soft. The actual burger was tasty and they offered some chilli jam to go with it - delicious, although I would have liked it spicier! What let this down somewhat was the “side salad” that ostensibly replaced the bun. It was pretty weak and overly oniony.

Pros: comes with sweet potato fries as standard and onion rings with a side of aioli and a pickle! Cons: the beef was ok. Thick patty but otherwise not especially rich or flavoursome.
