A staple of Spanish cuisine with a Michelin Star twist. Not what you would get in Valencia but pretty outstanding in its own terms. Best bit it’s the semi-burnt rice you have to scrape from the pan! Pair with Ente Lunas manchego wine.

A seafood based paella with tangy flavours reminiscent of Mediterrranean beaches. It would have been nicer with the sun shining upon us!
