So delicate and tasty. Hake cheeks are considered a delicacy in Basque Cuisine and these ones proved to be otherworldly...Pair with a glass of chilled Rueda.

Amazing flavour! Offered as part of the Lunch Menu specials. I ordered it on top of Chef Tory’s Classic Creole Menu as I had heard wonderful things of this dish and it certainly did not disappoint.

Just correct. Didn’t blown me away. Texture was amazing but the flavour was a bit lost among the ingredients. Served with peanut, chilli and sesame. Paired with Poético wine. Nice & mellow red Portuguese.
