Amazing flavour! Offered as part of the Lunch Menu specials. I ordered it on top of Chef Tory’s Classic Creole Menu as I had heard wonderful things of this dish and it certainly did not disappoint.
Amazing -and unusual- mousse texture that rends this hors d’ouvre into a delicate and fresh start of a thoroughly enjoyable meal! Best ordered as a tapa with a cold Mahou beer.
Just correct. Didn’t blown me away. Texture was amazing but the flavour was a bit lost among the ingredients. Served with peanut, chilli and sesame. Paired with Poético wine. Nice & mellow red Portuguese.
