AMAZING
1st THE UECKER
Pete's Pub, Milwaukee
Wow!! An absolutely incredible bratwurst smash-style burger! Topped with muenster, ground mustard, and stadium sauce and contained within a pretzel bun, this was an incredibly flavorful and messy delight to eat. An appropriate special for baseball’s opening day named after Milwaukee’s beloved Bob Uecker.
2nd STRAWBERRY BRATWURST
Creamy Pig, Cedarburg
A fresh Sheboygan roll is incredibly fluffy and holds a delightfully savory and salty bratwurst topped with a contrastingly sweet strawberry chutney sauce. The flavors are incredibly harmonious and unique, this was quite a tasty surprise!

3rd BOUDIN SAUSAGE

A sausage made from pork, rice, and Cajun spices! This has the consistency of corned beef hash and is packed with flavor! Very tasty and a touch spicy, but a touch greasy/slimy of a texture. Overall, very good!

4th BEER CHEESE BRATWURST

A savory and smoky bratwurst on a Sheboygan roll topped with beer cheese sauce. This is perfectly fine but not extraordinary, and definitely needed more beer cheese overall. Just… okay. Meh.

5th MAC AND CHEESE BRATWURST

Yeah… nope. This was not good. A bland sausage with an off-taste… and with no pasta on the inside, this should have just been labeled a cheese-stuffed bratwurst. The cheese was off-texture. Just an absolute miss. Yuck.
