Crunchy seasoned breakfast potatoes, a melted layer of white cheddar cheese curds (with a signature rubbery squeak!), sausage gravy, and two sunny eggs combine for an absolutely heavenly experience in brunchfare. A must order!!!

All fresh ingredients, this omelette is made from four incredibly fluffy eggs stuffed with bacon, sausage, and ham that are really clean tasting cuts of meat. The cheddar and pepper jack cheese topping this added an extra touch of gooey saltiness and the slightest hints of spice. Truly one of the best omelette I’ve ever had in my life.

These pancakes are massive, sweet, and everything I could hope for! The cinnamon swirl is so delightful and makes every bite so sweet and delicious!!!

Oh my gosh was this exquisite! Well-seasoned tender red potatoes formed the base for this skillet loaded with bites of tender ham, salty bacon crumbles, and hearty sausage chunks. Topped with a delectable Mexican cheese blend and eggs, this was a DREAM every bite along the way!

Cheddar biscuits have a nice hard exterior with a doughy and fluffy exterior. The sausage gravy had excellent flavor, but I would have liked more meat. The eggs were great and provided a lovely balance to the density elsewhere.

Flaky, doughy, and tender all in one biscuit! Cheddar cheese is melted on top (I would have assumed it would’ve been baked integrally to the batter), and the sausage gravy is creamy and has a very slight hint of heat. Worth grabbing (and sharing) for sure!

Very fluffy pancakes with a tender and moist cake-like quality! These were lovely maple syrup sponges that tasted really great on their own, largely due to the quality ingredients making them up. Quite impressive for an unflavored pancake !

A tender biscuit topped with savory browned sausage, two sunnyside eggs, and gravy. The gravy is the biggest miss here: it is pretty bland and brings this down significantly. It would be markedly better if the gravy was made with the sausage integrated into it. A bit disappointing but still alright.

Good syrup sponges but nothing extraordinary here. Run of the mill pancake and totally inoffensive, but a bit crumbly/loose in texture.

Pretty run of the mill breakfast burrito. Tasted good, but would've liked some more cheese and/or a salsa to help add some moisture. Tortilla dominated and needed some moisture to offset.

Sigh… a jalapeño cornbread is baked into the bottom of the skillet and is entirely overdone, and the parts to the correct doneness in the middle did not have an appetizing flavor. The maple chicken sausage was the star here with tons of flavor, a wonderful blend of salty, savory, and sweet. The poached eggs were very rich and decadent, with the runny yolks pairing very well with the sausage. The hollandaise sauce was very rich and creamy, but definitely lacked flavor and salt. Overall, a big disappointment in a small brunch skillet.

Meh... Not much to say here. A dense and bland biscuit is served no favors by a relatively bland and unsalted sausage gravy. There is a welcome amount of mild heat, but this is a fairly bland plate overall.

A standard/sad tortilla with visually evident chunks of real food (eggs, sausage crumbles, and bacon) with a hint of peppers. The sausage gravy is very thin in consistency but has plenty of salt, but otherwise this is pretty bland and unremarkable.

A flaky and bland dough is almost saved by its filling, but is entirely missing flavor. I knew I was eating egg and cheese and bacon here, but there was somehow next to no salt or flavor to make these standout or be identifiable. A very bland experience.

Hotel-quality eggs, an unsalted sausage gravy, lukewarm hashbrowns without any sense of crisp, and no cheese? This is just bacon crumbles with a ton of wasted obstacles. Very poor execution on every level.
