To die for and very calorie-worthy 😛 melts in the mouth and the truffle, in my opinions, elevated this classic Chinese dish to another level. So so good!

Not sure how slow cooked it was since it wasn’t melt in your mouth kinda thing, but the dish comes with kimchi and some good dips for additional flavour which was nice. What I didn’t like was that some slices were a lot fattier than others, you can see it in the photo here actually... but still good and generously portioned
