Nancy, whose love and mastery of Italian cuisine and passion for good produce is highlighted in her collaboration with the London Poke chain to create their special: Salmon Nicoise Poke Bowl (which can be found in all their stores till May). The bowl was a refresh on the usual poke with delicious fresh salmon, mosh salad, olive paste, caper, tomatoes, crouton, potato and egg! .
