London 🇬🇧 @tomsimmons_tb is a great restaurant in the increasingly trendy Tower Bridge Still Walk, serving delicious modern British-Welsh food showcasing some great Welsh ingredients. The flavours and combinations were delightful - really enjoyed this meal and will definitely be back! Here was our favourite dish, and one we recommend highly to those who plan to go- Line caught Halibut, Jerusalem artichoke, baby onions and mushroom broth!
