One if the most amazingly delicious dish I’ve ever tasted. We come just for this dish! It takes over an hour to prepare to order. The skin is paper thin cripsy and the meat is juicy succulent!!! Amazing!!!

This little shack out back is owned by Thomas Keller. They open only three days a week and closes at 2pm. We missed it last year and made sure we came early today. Simply the best buttermilk fried chicken!!! They seasoned it with fresh herbs and rosemary & the meat was sweet & succulent - to live for!
