Char grilled & mashed 🍆 seasoned w herbs & sauteed w 🧅🍅 & spices. Not sure of 🌶️ level, asked for med-spicy. And boy, did not disappoint. The heat🌶️ is not crazy 🔥 but def.phenomenal degree, yet very flavorful which is rare. Also, the 🔥 is a slow-burner, which is great too.

2 curry & rice opted for Tofu curry(absolute YUM!!!) & chickpea curry. Both, equally spicy & tasty. Could eat this everyday!
