The new addition. Kale salad over brown rice, with mixed veggie, black beans & corn tossed in maple mustard dressing, topped with coconut "bacon" & hummus. A little twist to my regular favorite.

This can either be an appetizer or the main. Eggplant is almost like "butter", melts in the garlic & herbs infused olive oil, sooooo ono!

Been a while savoring vegan caeser, this is absolutely worths the wait...without anchovie or cheese, this is just so great tasting, so much better than the original one. No fishy flavor but retains the lil cheesey saltiness

Mayo is not too vinegary, pretty mild compared to most of mac salad you'd find at most of okazuya.

A lil less salt with a hint of garlic, tangy-lemony salad. Similar to tabbouleh but not heavier due to cauliflower.

Never had a fresh bamboo shoot before but oh wow, what a finding! It's sooo refreshingly crunchy texture, no bitterness or funny flavor/aftertaste, this too, I'd lovr to eat with a bowl of rice😋✌🏽

What a pleasant surprise!!!!! Cold and creamy eggplant delight that melt in your mouth!! This can also be eaten with a bowl of rice, as this itself is almost regarded as main dish. AND this is a healthier alternative to most of eggplant dishes served at restaurants. These eggplants are steamed first(vs sauteed or stir-fried that calls for lots of oil...), then chilled & hand-shredded into thinner strips. Also the sauce that's drizzled is sooo ono! Slightly spicy(not overy) but not too salty. Highly addictive...and I will definitely return for more😋

In a mood for Asian Veggie with tofu something, decided to give it a try. Not bad🤙🏽✌🏽

Interesting combination, the lemon vinaigrete goes really well with the asparagus✌🏽

Not like the 🇯🇵 seasoning(w/soy sauce, sugar etc), actually it's with vinaigrete.

Nor that spicy but at least the noodle is al dente✌🏽

With Feta Cheese & Black Olive, nothing special...

Nothing ordinary, just an average salad...
