1st ORTOLANA

Caramelized 🧅, roasted zucchini, mushrooms, 🫑, 🍆, 🍅 topped w/store's fresh made burrata on criispy/crunchy crust...need I say more? Bocconcino's ono-creation is to die for✌🏽 Buh bye C-K, miss me!

2nd SPINACH FETA & MUSHROOM PIZZA

Napoletana Pizza baked in the wood fired oven, right here in the Alohaland, I'm bought. Feta, alfredo sauce, fior di latte mozz, then loaded with farm fresh basil ,veggies: leek, spinach & mushroom in wine reduction...unimaginable medley of flavors. I wasn't gonna finish all off but ended up I did, lols!

Was gonna have this to-go but the smell was soooo tempting, ended up finishing it off at their seating area(right next to the store). First opened up...whoa! Huge piles of fresh grape tomato, fior di latte(very soft & light cheese that melts in the mouth!) drizzled w evoo. I was first intimidated by the volume(also ladies who were dining next to me were both wowed at this pizza!) also...worried if I can even finish(but I did). Unlike conventional 🍕this was not heavy or greasy, totally opposite of what you'd expect from 🍕 Light & flavorful, and on a crunchy crust. I'd eat this everyday if I can!
4th BROOKLYN PIZZA

"meatball", 3 cheeses(mozz, ricotta, parm. , basil, and NY style tomato sauce. With extra topping -mushrooms, black olives, and shaved garlic. Sounds overloaded with heavy toppings but unlike conventional, this pizza didn't give me hearburn. Oh yes, and this is VEGAN! can't get better than this🌱✌🏽
5th NDUJA PIZZETTA

Plantbased "Nduja" with San marzano tomato, mascarpone on Parmesan crust with drizzle of Bee-Free Honey. Did I say this is plant based? Finger-licking good. A lil hint of spice and creamy mascarpone...I'd lick all off if nobody's there, lols!
6th SICILIAN BROCCOLINI, RICOTTA, ROASTED GARLIC & CHILLI PIZZA

Haven't had a slice of sicilian pizza since I left the Big 🍎 Back then, "slice" either regular or sicilian, was my go-to meal, esp when in rush. Regular 🍕 can easily be found anywhere but finding a decent sicilian slice was challenging, almost always hit or miss. That said, their slice of good ol sicilian is absolutely a combination of nostalgia & stoke. Ordinally sicilians can be plain simple "doughy" w/not much flavor, but this slice is loads of toppings, chili is a lil "surprise" heat. This is so-called "white pizza"(=no🍅sauce), just in case.
