Marinated eryngi mushroom, avo, spicy shredded tofu, pickled jalapeno, pickled pineapple, with sweet shoyu & habanero sauce drizzled over it. 'lil swwet & spicy(altho noted spicy, wasn't that spicy to me at all), melt in your mouth sushi....I'm dreaming of this roll ever since...

Tempura eggplant, bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, yellow onion, garlic aioli, drizzled with sweet soy sauce. Again, absolutely no fish in this roll but somehow it tastea a lot like shrimp tempura roll...hats off to the chef👍🏽

Sweet potato tempura, avo, spicy tofu, roasted bell pepper, sesame mustard, topped with orange seaweed pearls that resembles tobiko. And this too is a lot of complex flavors mingled in and brings out almost inpossoble & unimaginable flavorful art of sushi. Taste equivalence to volcano roll minus fish and the loads of toppings. Simply WoW!!! is all I could say✌🏽

The Wasabi leaf (wasabi spicy = you'd cry, I guess? lols🤣) in the center. Kinda unusual/rare seeing the wasabi leaf(vs the root which is often served at some sushi bar) used in sushi, but not unusual flavor/tasting-wise. The first bite is deadly, just like you put a bit excess wasabi in soy sauce ⚡️💥 🌱✌🏽

The lady at the counter asked me if I wanted this with wasabi in...or on the side. Yes to "in" and came out really good - never thought of natto & wasabi together... The wasabi added a quick "zing!" to creamy natto, almost like avo rolls. I think I'm addicted, lols✌🏽

Avocado was overpowering but not as bad as it looks✌🏽

Again NOT spicy but definitely has the flavor✌🏽🌱

Says"mock" but the texture & flavors were unbelievablly "same" that makes me almost not wanna eat this...

From the top, counter clockwise: Kanpyo, Namida(Wasabi leaf), and avocado. Pretty good✌🏽

With smoked tofu & vegan cream cheese...didn't taste special tho...
