At Saturday Kakaako Farmers Market. Special of the day was Ulu(bread fruits) hummus. Very interesting & unoque, had to give it a try, and as always w/these guys, this did not disappoint. A little on the lighter side compared to the regular hummus (in which the main ingredient is chickpea) still silky creamy & flavorful.

Crazy Pink color is from the beet, as the name inplies, ulu hummus with beets. Lil sweet with a hint of beet's roots veggie sweetness.
