At Wednesday Farmers Market, Neal Blaisdell Center. Usually, falafel sammy is extremely messy to eat but this one is very neat, perfect filling & wrap ratio. The texture of falafel is so perfect too - crunchy outside, softer inside.

At Wednesday farmers market. The so-called $8 dishes. Despite of the appearance, this was quite filling. Dipping the falafel into the hummus & savour... never had it this way but quite filling & great combination!

This sandwich/Wrap is humongous, with this huge made to order piping-hot outside's crunchy-crumbling-inside falafels drizzled with tahini dressing over the bed of lettuce & tomatoes. The best falafel sammich in town, hands down!
