Hands down, the best vegan manapua EVER!!! The filling/bun ratio is perfect, so are veggies! Well balanced, and seasoning is perfect too👍🏽

The color & the texture of beancurd almost resembles thinly baked egg, the ginger sauce(not pictured) came with it accents the egg-like sweet aroma😋

The only manapua I can eat...either this or at Libby’s. Both are equally good but the ease of getting(to the store, in this case), this came in handy🤙

Never had one with coconut, but mildly sweet, with chewy gooey mochi..mmmm
