At Mom Made Market, Kahala Mall. "Salted caramel" is also another trend/popular term to make the product stands out from bunch of others sinilarities. Ok, so I wasn't expecting anything extraordinally or different(much) but wow, this one, I must say Caramel-mocha plus salt(just saying in the other way round,haha), brought me back a nostalgic menory of cookie/pastry I've had when I was a kid. The kind of flavor that you'd rarely find in baked items( these days(ried so hard to figure out the product's name but nothing came up...). I'd definiteky get back there for this...

At Mom Made Market, Kahala Mall. I've seen/had chocolate covered potato chips, also kakimochi-crunch(arare crunch) cookies before...and none of them sucked at all. THIS is also no exception, sweet & salty crunchness is surprisingly good combination.

Sad reality & trend on baked yummies nowadays is this cursed term: gluten free(aka GF). Luckily I don't have those health issues or conditions upon consuming food w/gluten(although, I've been definitely leaning toward reducing them from my diet), occasionally I get so-called gluten free food served. Majority are tolerable - somehow - but I must say there still some non-appetizing / cardboard-like items do exist. This GF cookie by Babes Bakery gave me a wow-moment. Of courrse you would not expect exactly the same non-gf texturing & flavor but pretty close, AND surprisingly good/satisfying.

Usually care-lsss about these whole Oreo things UNTIL I saw this at the store. Since hazelnut is my "thing", it sure caught my attention. Although "artificially" flavored, definitely the best oreo I've ever tried - and am "addicted" ever since...

Plant-based organic version of "brittles" but just as good, or even better than the conventional one, crunchy, chocolaty...and certainly won't taste bananas at all!. Highly addictive✌🏽

German/European origined made in Japan dessert, got it for Omiyage. Crunchy/Buttery/Nutty sweetness, but none of the flavor/ingredients are over-powered, well crafted & absolutely a must try✌🏽

Lil tangy sweet 🍓🍫covered square cookie. The 🍫 & cookie ratio are just perfect! Neither of them overpower. Nice portion as a lil treat too✌🏽

Another seasonal(weep😢) product only available in a set of products. Cherry-blossom and cookie?? Unimaginable combination...cookie(baked) and cherrybloasom/flower(fresh) have no matching place...til I try this. Cookie has an almond flavor, kind of like chinese almond cookie, so you’d probablly ask “why is this Sakura cookie?” Wait until you get to the filling...has a burst of sakura extract/fragrance. Unusually matches. If you’re not an almond cookie person, you may not enjoy tho....

Unusual but sooooo good! Who would even think of adding mochi crunch(aka rice crackers) into sweet thing like cookies?? Totally unheard of...Hawaii thing I guess? When I first saw this at the Made in Hawaii, I was very skeptical & even found the idea very odd...no way food item such as soy sauce could be a part of cookie... but then I’ve thought of (altho being herbivore, I never even tried) bacon on donuts...soy sauce may not be so bad, I gave a try...and I’ve been hooked. The soy sauce salty crunchness do have a spot & indeed, give an accent to this cookie. The ingredients are also very simple, when you look at the back of label, it only has very few listed. When I spoke to the owner she told me she only uses what she knows & understands: simple & the best✌️
