At the 25th Made In Hawaii Festival at Neal Blaisdell. Never had this pastry before but this petite baked custard is definitely I'd look for more in the future. Crunchy/caramelized outside with soft light sweet center, simple & nothing fancy but sure was a game changer. Purchased only 2 but regretted why I didn't purchase more...
