The best carbonara ever!

Loved this, has just enough taste of the guanciale to keep you wanting more.

The best pasta I've eaten in London so far... 😍

We arrived in Cagliari quite late so we had limited places we could eat lunch. The hotel recommended this place as one that would be open... cue low expectations. We got there and they pushed a set menu on us which said 12 euros for two courses, cue confusion and even lower expectations! This was the primi dish that I got, it’s traditional almost gnocchi style Sardinian pasta with a kind of Bolognese sauce and it was the best pasta I had on the whole trip! Very cheesey, creamy but clean tasting dish.

Probably the best dish we had this time around, really garlicky so be warned if you don't like garlic but suited me fine!

This is nothing like carbonara. It is more a spicy nduja pasta and it is excellent for that. I wish there was a "really good" rating!

Nice hearty dish

Really good Alfredo but lacked something. I prefer when it has mushroom and garlic

Slightly too salty

Homemade tonnarelli with eggs, guanciale (pork), roman pecorino cheese, black pepper. This ticked all the right boxes but went wide of the mark. The flavour balance was wrong and ended up very strong and salty. There were also huge chunks of guanciale fat which I didn't eat, even as a lover of Lardo...

Pasta, parmigiana/pecorino, eggs and guanciale... unfortunately this arrived as virtually an omelette. Oh well

This was OK but definitely wouldn't order it again. Pasta was overcooked and the sauce wasn't quite right

Cream sauce and ham makes me sad. It was edible but not carbonara for me
