The espresso mascarpone was incredible, worth ordering just for that!

Fluffy pancakes, maple syrup and blueberries (or banana). Simples.

I think it's difficult to call this a pancake, it's more like a crossed between meringue and souffle made to look like a pancake. So it's quite airy and sweet but a bit gooey.

Way too sweet for me
