Fresh, zingy tartare of tuna with balsamic pearls, blackberries and figs. Loved this dish.

Chopped tuna from the waters of the Cetara region. Dressed with lemon, balsamic reduction and soy sauce. Very tasty but I think the tuna itself, while good, was not exceptional.

Fresh and nicely prepared tuna steak cuts, served stop avocado and with a nice pineapple and ginger dressing.

Bit too much crispy onion, which overpowered the fish and avo. Still good though.
