A favourite of the chef's - the lesser popularised sea eel is softer with a milder flavour than the better known freshwater unagi. For me, this is the superior eel!
I had low expectations that were surpassed for this a la carte order of unagi and toro nigiri. The former had a nice amount of sauce and none of the regrettable after taste of bad eel. The toro was better than I thought it would be. Nothing prestigious, but definitely richer tasting.
Was alright - nice texture combinations but could have used a spicy mayo on top or something. Not dry, but needed something else to bring it together as you chew.
