Slow cooked, juicy pulled beef brisket in a brioche with red cabbage slaw, served with big potato wedges. Fabulous sandwich.

28-day aged rump on sautéed mushrooms, red onion, on a sourdough with aioli. Comes with really nice fries. Pity the service is slow, as the food is very good.
