A fantastic version of a national favourite. Pork rib is an inspired choice over the conventional use of beef. Flavour was deep and the meat was super soft. So tasty 😋

Thick and flavour-packed chowder. Mussels and king prawn were perfectly cooked. Tobiko also a nice garnish for an extra salty pop.
