Classic spiced tomato sauce with chickpea and grilled aubergine as standard. Added a perfect runny egg and country sausage to bump up the morning protein.

Incredibly simple but perfectly executed shakshuka. This is their basic dish with no extras (there are 4-5 options beyond just eggs and sauce) and my oh my it was perfect as it is. They ask how done you like your eggs and how spicy you like it and it lands sweet tomatoes and soft runny eggs, with onion and peppers balancing a a spice blend that accents it all wonderfully. Comes with slices of white bread to mop it all up.

Only criticism is the eggs were overcooked. Which is kind of a big deal but everything else about the dish was great.
