Beautifully tender pork belly starter. Citrus teriyaki and carrot puree and the salsa all combine for a superb flavour and texture profile. Great dish.

Loved the flavours fused in this plate. The peanut sambal and sweet red onions were a great complement to the soft belly cuts. A fabulous combo all round.

I really enjoyed these deep-fried cubes of slow cooked pork belly in a sweet and spicy sauce.

Smoked pork rib glazed with black vinegar and a hint of szechuan pepper, served with kohlrabi and apple slaw.

Slow-cooked confit pork belly with pea puree and pak choi.

You don't get loads of chashu in the ramen as standard, but you can't do wrong with a side order of it, seared and topped with fresh spring onion. 👍🏻

A little below the usual high standard for me. Not as tender as a braised belly and lacked a good crackling. But the mash, cabbage and bacon laden jus were excellent.
