1st PORK BELLY

Beautifully tender pork belly starter. Citrus teriyaki and carrot puree and the salsa all combine for a superb flavour and texture profile. Great dish.
2nd BLACK BEAN MARINATED PORK BELLY

Loved the flavours fused in this plate. The peanut sambal and sweet red onions were a great complement to the soft belly cuts. A fabulous combo all round.

A little below the usual high standard for me. Not as tender as a braised belly and lacked a good crackling. But the mash, cabbage and bacon laden jus were excellent.
