I regrettably can't remember the exact name, but it's a tostada-style sandwich holding oxtail and pork in a red pepper sauce. Bloody delicious, whatever its called 😂😋

Lots of toppings (mostly different hams or cheeses) available for crescentines - went with local squacquarone cheese for an authentic Romagna flavour
