Expertly cooked lobster tail - a perfect side order to a dish from the grill here to make your own surf and turf.

Nice chunky bits of lobster wedged into a soft but chewy roll. Not slathered in mayo or other sauce so you can actually taste the lobster.

Brioche filled with lobster, crawfish and prawn, all topped with fine parmesan shavings, crispy onion and a rapeseed mayo. It was good, but the ratio of bread to filling was not quite right for me, and there was a tiny bit too much mayo all round. Comes with some excellent fries to complete the meal.

Half a Maine lobster, grilled with chimichurri and served with roasted potatoes. Bit dry for me and needed a richer, thicker sauce in addition to the chimichurri.
