Delicious hash with Chorizo and poached egg

So buttery, crisp and moreish. My only regret is I didn't order another.

This is an excellent dish balancing slightly spicy mackerel with the light waxy taste of the potato hash, with little bursts of fresh dill and parsley. The perfect poached egg oozes a runy yolk to bring it together. Tip: squeeze a little of the house Rocket Fuel sauce, their take on HP for a bit more tang

Tasty and filling breakfast/brunch dish at this popular Seattle haunt. Option of biscuit or sourdough toast (I chose the latter) and Eggs however you want them (sunny side up is my usual go to).
