I loved this. A breaded yolk, deep fried, in a pool of aged parmesan cream, made amazing with truffle shavings. Incredible skill and a superb dish.

Brunch porn defined 😍 Beautiful buttery brioche topped with sliced turkey, spinach, avocado, perfect poached eggs, the best hollandaise I've ever had, chives, crushed walnuts and pistachio and pink peppercorns. Divine!

Foole is fava beans stewed down with tomato and onions and is perfect to be scooped up with warm flatbread along with sunny side up eggs. Delicious breakfast/brunch meal
