Good grief this was amazing. Slow cooked ox cheef on a bed of coconut pearl barley, with daikon and pickled cabbage. Star dish for me (pity my pic was so blurry).
A unique dish in the city. Described as "18 hours slowly cooked oxtail, leek, 24 month aged parmesan, apple, horse radish, potato skins, beef juice. A very cheesy, and unusual yet delicious combo!
A signature dish of beef braised in Baralo, but the cut is too lean for my liking and it wasn't juicy enough to be enjoyable. Flavours were nice and as a whole, the plate was fine but not remarkable.
