Beautifully fried tofu with black sesame seeds. This was lush!

The absolute best tofu fries I’ve ever had. Yum!

Japanese silken tofu, ginger scallion salad, citrus ponzu, dashi, soy gastrique,,katsuobushi, fried shallot, fried garlic & sesame. This was heavenly. Very umami! Nippon Tei (sushi) just opened this a Ramen side in August. The decor is chic cool (zebra bench on one side of a table, chairs at the other sides, cool floor lamps, giant chalkboard menu), and a staff that is very eager to please.

Super Duper crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, salted & served with OG fire sauce.

My favorite appetizer and it’s so nice how they put different branches on each tofu block. The Dashi broth is fantastic!

Really good salad and large for under US$6. Served with a delicious homemade ginger sesame dressing. Yum!

I think a different to go container would’ve been better, I had teriyaki sauce all over the bag. And then he says it’s a spicy but there was no spice but it was very good.

The broth was disappointing and I definitely would not over again… there was so much of it it was more like a soup than a true agedashi tofu.
