The spicy, limey, buttery sauce was a flavor bomb and the raw red onion is genius to cut through all of that richness. The cucumber & tomato slices were welcome relief from the spice that builds as you eat. Bring tissues for your nose, but they've got you covered with paper towels for your messy hands! :)
