Shanghai soup dumplings (xiao long Bao) and fried taro puff (woo kok) are among the standouts at dim sum at Mandarin House. The absolute best. Some restaurants in STL won't even attempt the famous xiao long Bao because they are so difficult to get right. The fine folks at MH get them right!
Super juicy and comes with finely julienned fresh ginger. They forgot to give me the black vinegar with it, but that’s OK, they were delicious without it.
