AMAZING
1st VENISON

The Venison was delicately cooked and was was still very succulent. It was only very slightly pink in the centre so I knew it was cooked very carefully. It was beautifully arranged on a bed of roasted vegetables with a dark sauce and the taste was lovely. Overall it was very delicious. This day the restaurant was very busy due to it being close to New Year so we did have to wait a while. However it was worth waiting for this meal to be so carefully cooked. Sorry I didn’t get a photo of the dish but did get a photo the restaurant.
