1st DUCK
Grand Hotel Besson, Sauze d'OulxThe duck was a main course and looked delightful. As a course on its own it would be a bit light after a busy day skiing in this ski resort in Italy. Luckily it was served to us as part of a package of multiple courses. The duck was cooked just right for me as it was not too pink. The vegetables in the photo were lovingly prepared but a bit sparse.
