1st COD FILLET
Purslane Restaurant, CheltenhamThis dish had cod with razor clam, puréed seaweed and other items. The cod was cooked so lightly that it just melted in your mouth. The flavours were very light and delicate so was complimented by the light Alborinho white wine we had. Also shown are the Appetisers for 2 which are served with the A La Carte menu. They contain a selection breads and taramasalata. This was a light main course so if you are hungry you might like to add a side of Truffled chips.
