My first time trying orange wine (I’m told they ferment the rinds). I don’t usually like fruit wine but this was very good, very clean-tasting.

The precipitation is produced naturally during storage and doesn't affect drinking.” SOOT’S TAKE: My first time trying yellow rice wine. If I had a say in the naming of this wine, I’d have named it Mellow Yellow.

I lost count of the number of moscati and reds I had subsequently over 3 hours prior to lunch, but these were the first thing Sooty M consumed straight outta bed on a relatively empty stomach. Needless to say, I paid dearly for it several hours later...🤢

First time trying Japanese wine that's not sake. Tastes like port...and 2 years later, still sitting in the fridge. 🙈
