These are seriously kickass!

Delicious, chewy, hand-kneaded udon noodles in a comforting broth that's light yet uncompromising in flavor. So I never much cared for kitsune but this place changed my mind.

I opted for Kake Udon with Kakiage and Butternut Pumpkin. I used to enjoy udon from this vendor (my last bowl was probably had sometime in or before 2016) but their broth now tastes disappointingly blander than I remember it to be. 😞

Like eating a soft boiled egg drenched in shoyu but with udon thrown in.
