Wholemeal bread (25% whole grain), roasted chicken without skin (because we’re in the ED and hypocrisy should be avoided at all costs), cheese, ketchup, chili sauce, low fat mayonnaise (again, we’re in a healthcare facility) and pepper. Who knew I’d get to try another one of HOTBAKE’S selections less than a month later and in a different ER no less? Bon appetit bitches... #secondlunch

Smoked, pulled chicken raised without antibiotics, smoked Gouda, fresh avocado and cilantro, zesty sweet Peppadew™ piquant peppers and chipotle mayo on Black Pepper Focaccia. 

Fun-looking bread but sandwich was barely toasted, too dry and just generally bland.

Essentially a cheese toast.
