A chocolate malted tiramisu to up one’s tiramisu game on International Tiramisu Day. This one’s inspired by the “Milo Dinosaur,” an iced chocolate malted beverage popular in Singapore and Malaysia, prepared using Nestlé’s Milo powder and that is topped with copious amounts of undissolved said powder. *Recipe courtesy of @jun.and.tonic
