BRIEF: “Roasted duck in Thai curry paste with pineapple, cherry tomatoes, Thai basil.” SOOT’S TAKE: It’s good curry (thankfully not too sweet) and I look forward to trying the others on the menu.

BRIEF: “Slightly charred premium smoked duck, caramelized vegetables and selected fruits in delicious Thai red curry.” SOOT’S TAKE: As good as any complexly-flavored curry could be. Loved the use of smoked duck in this and the baby petai added a nice crunch (as opposed to overpowering pungency) 😋
