Sweet potato steamed in chamomile-steeped vapors and then honey-roasted to charred perfection before a final sprinkle of ground toasted pepitas and dried chamomile for crunch and additional florality and herbaceousness. I’ll also pretend I’m at a Mayan harvest fest.

Post-movie peckishness led to this $2 “sweet...yet savoury sensation.” Went nicely with the beer.

Sweet potato sticks (imokenpi) that (per DDD) are served on First Class on Japan Airlines. They are sweet-salty interesting but I wouldn’t necessarily get on a first class flight just to eat these.
