I hadn’t had fried calamari in ages and this was sooo good! The batter was perfectly fried and it was great (albeit painful) with the resto’s tear-inducing sambal.
“Fresh squid stir-fried in aromatic chili paste with bitter beans.” Ironically, this was the best dish in spite of my not being crazy about squid or bitter bean.
