A petite but most exquisite treat for the senses. The pudding was silken tofu-smooth and tasted delicately of corn but this was hardly obscured by the uni which was very well complemented by this gelatinous substance that tasted faintly (and pleasantly) of the sea.

This was such a treat! And what a deal too: ambrosia at 16 USD. Especially considering my great disappointment the last time I got an uni dish here and it was served up at a quarter - a third the expected size. Also, it was beyond amazing because I didn’t have to take a plane to enjoy it. 🍣🏃‍♀️

What can I say? It’s half the price here and definitely doesn’t taste like sewage.
