AKA Smoked Chicken Cheese Sausage. This was tasty with a mild yet not too subtle smokiness to it. Other than threatening to squirt into my eyes with each slice of the knife, I don’t think the cheese added very much to the experience. The roasted potatoes were tasty and the braised red cabbage was...well, vinegary but on the whole, a well-balanced meal.

After a starved night, you bet I was ready to dig into a platter of Spicy Chicken, Nürnberger, Pork Cheese, Weißwurst and Thüringer Rostbratwurst sausages.

Been a long while since I had sausage and one needs an excuse to mop up gravy with some fresh cosmic sourdough.

Bavaria's favourite poached sausage served in a broth, finely minced veal, pork back bacon, white pepper, parsley, onions and lemon served with a warm Brezel and mustard.

First time trying arrow root sautéed. They’re much better fried. The Chinese sausage was pretty good.

I just wanted a small meal and I thought $4 would deliver just that. But WOW . WOW . WEST overdelivered. In terms of quantity that is. The hot dog was pretty good but everything else was average - subpar (especially the coleslaw).
