There were no Easter eggs, but there were plenty of the everyday kind and more than enough sourdough to go around, so this came together: boiled eggs just the way I like them-fully set whites with jammy centres-tossed in a punchy mix of mayo, Dijon, scallions, and pickles. Happy Egg Salad Sandwich Day.

“Crisp croissant sandwich filled with smoked salmon with rich in-house recipe cream cheese, added with dill, capers and red onion.” The croissant itself wasn’t crispy but overall, it was a good sandwich (I liked that they piped the cream cheese) and I would repeat. Nice change from a lox bagel 🥯👍 #PastriWich

Made everything from scratch: from the curried mash potato, chickpea-cauliflower filling, pickled onions and cilantro mint chutney right down to the roti! This is one of few things that gets to be relatively healthy and tasty at the same time. 😉
