A crisp rosé from the winemaking team at Château Pigoudet to pair with pistachio pesto pasta, plus it funds medical treatment for the turtles of Baa Atoll, so it’s a win-win.

I didn’t understand the stuff on the label about rosé vinification as it related to rural southwestern France’s white wines, but this rosé served its purpose as an easy drinking accompaniment to the pistachio pesto pasta (say it quick) I prepared.

I didn’t know white Malbec existed until now and you know what? It makes for some real easy drinking! ¡Delicioso!

In ribet pink. Originally meant as a gift and as a joke to my colleagues, but since that fell through, I shall enjoy it further up north. Made with Syrah grapes in the Aude, Orb, Hérault, Peyne and Uzès valleys of Languedoc.
