It’s day after Day of the Tropics in the tropics (we’re a mere 1 1/2 degrees north of the equator after all), and I had an extra mango to spare for this refreshing dessert.

AKA Nutella panna cotta. Nutty and not too rich. My first panna cotta. 🍫🌰
